Carefully selected craft beers that go well with food

Instead of grilled meat, I suggest grilled fish.[Ishikawa Grilled Fish]The drink menu includes "Today's Craft Beer." Craft beer from Yamanashi Prefecture's "Manchin Brewery" is selected for its compatibility with food, and several different "flavors" are always available. The appeal is the fun of choosing from the stylishly packaged cans, wondering "What flavor will it have?" It pairs well with dishes such as Pacific saury, which is in season now. The refreshing taste of the beer comfortably resets the rich, fatty flavor of the Pacific saury.

"Today's Craft Beer Variety" (from 990 yen). At this time of year, we recommend the fatty, seasonal "Sanma" (Pacific saury). The dish in the photo is an example of one dish included in the course meal (saury ordered separately costs 550 yen). Served on the specialty "Red Vinegar Rice."

Pay attention to the color of the beer when poured! The flavor names are also unique, such as "BAD SEÑOR" shown in the photo. Enjoy tasting the craft beer along with the package design.

The saury is so fresh that it can be eaten as sashimi, and is cooked by lightly searing only the skin. The rich flavor of the fat is the real pleasure of saury at this time of year.
