He's already creating a sensation inside "Dai Nagoya DINING" on the 3rd floor of the Dai Nagoya Building.[Frenchman, a popular pub]As the name suggests, it has a casual, "pub" atmosphere, but when you look at the menu, you'll find dishes that are typical of a pub, such as foie gras, cold pasta, cream pasta, and red wine stew. In fact, this restaurant is a new French-to-pub concept created by Kyoto's French bistro "Bistro Frenchman." It has already become popular among young people in Osaka and Kobe, and there are often long lines. The pub menu, created by a French chef, is authentic, incorporating French techniques while keeping in mind that it is meant to be enjoyed with alcohol! The portions are small so that you can enjoy various dishes while drinking, which is why they are able to offer dishes at an astonishing price of 198 yen and up.

The interior has a casual atmosphere befitting a traditional Japanese pub. In addition to table seating, there are also counter seats available. It's a flexible place that can be used not only as your first stop, but also as your second or subsequent stop.

For first-time visitors, the "Foie Gras and Steak" (2,420 yen) is a must-try.

The restaurant opens at 11 AM. Although they don't currently offer a lunch menu, it quickly fills up with early-bird customers. Customers are already starting their daytime drinks. The undisputed number one most popular dish is "Foie Gras and Steak" (2,420 yen). This is one of the most luxurious dishes, allowing you to enjoy foie gras and Japanese Black beef steak at the same time. Other popular dishes include the signature "Cold Pasta with Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe" (2,728 yen), "Cream Pasta with Whole Cheese" (from 968 yen) which can be customized with toppings, as well as skewers with plenty of French ideas, small plates, and palate cleansers, making it a well-rounded bar. The skewer menu is marked with "Red," "White," and "Sparkling," suggesting pairings of skewers with wine. The wine list, which always has around 15-20 varieties, has most brands available by the glass. As a French man, you'll want to try various wines to match the food.

The menu for Butsuo's special skewers includes a suggested wine pairing for each item. Even wine beginners can easily try the perfect skewer and wine combination.
