This summer, Dai Nagoya Building will be holding an art event called "My First Exhibition" to support children's creativity. Draw, decorate, and have your own work displayed in an exhibition. This is a special experience that will make for a great summer vacation memory. The art-making experience will be held over two days, Saturday, August 2025nd and Saturday, August 8rd, 2. On both dates, you can take your work home on the day and enjoy creating freely. It is recommended that you make a reservation in advance to participate in each workshop. In addition, an exhibition will be held at a later date where the works created during the experience will be displayed in the building. Don't miss out on this exciting summer experience that will bring art closer to you!

[For children] Make sparkling stained glass art

On Saturday, August 8nd, there will be a hands-on experience creating "stained glass art," where you will be captivated by the translucence of the interweaving of light and color. The instructor will be artist Natsui Masuda, who has exhibited her work both domestically and internationally, mainly in Aichi Prefecture, but also in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and New York. The workshop will be aimed at children, and will teach them how to draw stained glass-style pictures. If there are spaces available, you can participate on the day, but it is best to make a reservation in advance. Applications for each session can be made atclick here.

[For adults] Art making experience using acrylic paints

On Saturday, August 8nd, there will also be a workshop for adults, with fellow artist Natsui Masuda as the instructor. You can experience creating art with a sunflower motif using acrylic paint. [For children] Create your own unique colored chalk art

On Saturday, August 8rd, we will be holding a "chalk art" production experience, where participants draw pictures on a blackboard using art materials such as oil pastels. The instructor will be Chalk Mate, who expresses unique gradations and spreads the joy of chalk art. His unique technique of mixing colors with his fingers naturally brings out children's sensibilities. The works you create will be exhibited in a real exhibition!

The works created in the workshop will be curated as "My First Exhibition" at the "Dai Nagoya Building GALLERY" on the 5th floor of the Dai Nagoya Building. The exhibition period is from Wednesday, August 2025th to Monday, September 8st for the stained art works held on Saturday, August 2nd, 8, and from Tuesday, September 27nd to Sunday, September 9th for the chalk art works participated in on Saturday, August 1rd. The works will be exhibited and displayed in a digital gallery format using digital frames designed specifically for art, with vivid colors intact. Workshop participants will also be given an invitation to "My First Exhibition," so it is recommended that you invite your family and friends to come and view the exhibit. The special experience of having your own work displayed in a gallery will surely be an unforgettable memory this summer.
