<Applicants> Anyone engaged in art-making activities. Nationality, region, and professional/amateur status are not important.

<Submission requirements> The theme is "START"The basic format is two-dimensional artwork. Both analog (painting, etc.) and digital works are acceptable.

This Japanese restaurant serves spiny lobster, abalone, clams, and other local specialties that Mie Prefecture is proud of nationwide. The restaurant specializes in spiny lobster, and offers a course that includes one or more whole lobsters per person. There is also a wide variety of a la carte dishes, including sashimi, tempura, steamed lobsters, and salt-boiled lobsters.
