You can enjoy the mellow, rich, and intensely flavorful soup to the very last bite. In addition to a variety of hot pot dishes such as chicken shabu-shabu and chicken sukiyaki, we also have a wide selection of our signature à la carte dishes. During the day, it's a kishimen noodle shop, and at night, it transforms into a tempura pub. You can enjoy Nagoya's famous kishimen noodles with crispy tempura. The most distinctive feature of kishimen is its wide noodles. In addition to enjoying them with traditional broth, we offer a wide variety of creative kishimen dishes, including those with citrus aromas and acidity, and even dishes using red miso. At night, the atmosphere completely changes, and you can enjoy freshly fried tempura paired with carefully selected Japanese sake for a drink.
