The popular summer event "Sunflower Sky Garden" at the Dai Nagoya Building is being held again this year. Approximately 5,000 sunflowers spread across the 5th floor Sky Garden, brilliantly decorating the sky garden in the heart of the city. This year, a "Sunflower Cream Soda" about 2 meters tall, which stands out against the summer blue sky, has appeared as the main photo spot. Stand next to the large cream soda with a cute cherry and take a refreshing summer photo that can only be taken here. Furthermore, as a special 10th-anniversary project, the "Sunflower Pineapple," which was selected by popular vote on the Dai Nagoya Building's official Instagram from past photo spots, has been revived. Sit on the "Sunflower Pineapple" and take a tropical photo that gives off a South Pacific vibe. In addition, there are plenty of other photo spots that will make you want to take pictures, including a sunflower tunnel surrounded by sunflowers.

From Friday, June 19th, a Tanabata event will be held at the B1F Unimall entrance. This is a participatory event where you can tie strips of paper on which you have written your wishes to bamboo branches set up at the venue. After the event, the strips of paper collected from everyone will be dedicated to Tanabata Shrine, which is said to enshrine Orihime. Why not put your wishes, such as things you want to come true or your feelings for your loved ones such as family and friends, into a strip of paper?

Celebrating our 10th anniversary! A special campaign to make your wishes come true!

The official Instagram account of the Dai Nagoya Building is hosting the "Wish Upon a Star! We'll Grant Your Tanabata Wish Campaign 2026." This special project will actually grant the wishes of applicants, such as "I want to rent out the Sky Garden for a photo shoot." This year, in gratitude for the 10th anniversary of its opening, the number of winners has been increased from the usual 3 to 10. To participate, simply follow the official Instagram account of the Dai Nagoya Building and comment your wish on the designated post. The Dai Nagoya Building will support you in making your wish come true.
