Maguro to Shari, a tuna bowl specialty restaurant, is newly opened on the basement floor of the Dai Nagoya Building! Maguro to Shari, which is the first store in the Tokai region, is a genuine tuna bowl specialty restaurant supervised by Hiroyuki Sato, the head chef of Hakkoku, a sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. A new type of fast food where you can casually enjoy tuna bowls in a counter-centered atmosphere has arrived in the Dai Nagoya Building!

Tuna and rice = tuna bowl

[Tuna and rice]A simple name. It is a straightforward name for a tuna bowl specialty restaurant that focuses on "tuna" and "rice". The tuna bowl, supervised by Hiroyuki Sato, the head chef of "Hakkoku", a famous sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, is made using only high-quality tuna carefully selected by a professional, and the most distinctive feature is the "rice". The tuna bowl also uses "red vinegar rice", which is the trademark of Sato's sushi, to create a tuna bowl that can be said to have the taste of "Hakkoku". The menu's signature dish is the "Magu Shari Rice Bowl", which is a platter of red tuna, medium fatty tuna, and fatty tuna. There are five levels of tuna rice, with different types and numbers of tuna on top: regular (1,800 yen), upper (2,400 yen), special (3,000 yen), top (3,600 yen), and luxury (4,800 yen).
