"Dai Nagoya Bowl" with tuna and rice (2,600 yen)
B1F | Tuna and rice | Tuna bowl
A tuna bowl specialty restaurant supervised by Hiroyuki Sato, the head chef of Hakkoku, a sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo.[Tuna and rice]We introduce the so-called "Dai Nagoya Bowl." This bowl, exclusive to the Dai Nagoya Building store, contains seven pieces of sashimi - three yellowfin tuna, two medium fatty tuna, and two fatty tuna - topped with negitoro (minced fatty tuna) - and is the perfect "basic" bowl to get a taste of the restaurant's flavors. The "red vinegar rice," made with a unique blend of red vinegar, has become a trademark. You can dynamically savor the deliciousness of high-quality "tuna" carefully selected by tuna connoisseurs.

The familiar red vinegar rice from Hakkoku, a sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, is also used in the Tuna and Rice Bowl. Naturally, it pairs perfectly with the tuna.

The "Dai Nagoya Bowl" (2,600 yen) comes with three pieces of yellowfin tuna, two pieces of medium fatty tuna, two pieces of fatty tuna, and negitoro (minced and fatty tuna). There are many items on the menu, so if you're not sure what to order, try this first.

Dissolve wasabi in soy sauce poured into a special bowl and pour it over the bowl. The best way to enjoy a bowl of beef is to open your mouth wide and eat it whole! Enjoy the different tastes and textures depending on the part of the beef you are eating.

You can also make your own "Toro Takumaki" by wrapping negitoro, pickled radish, and rice in the nori seaweed that comes with every bowl menu. You can also enjoy it as "Dashi Chazuke" by pouring the special dashi over it.

The restaurant's menu is simple, consisting of only medium-fatty tuna and negitoro. This is why the flavor of the medium-fatty tuna really stands out in the "Natural Bluefin Tuna Medium-fatty Tuna Bowl" (2,700 yen). This restaurant is suitable for a wide range of occasions, from everyday lunches to slightly more luxurious dinners.

Famous for Taiwanese ramen[Ajisen]Did you know that they also have a rice bowl menu? The secret "spicy minced meat" used in Taiwan Ramen is placed on top of rice along with a large amount of spring onions, and a raw egg is cracked into the middle to complete the dish, which is called the "Taiwan Bowl." This simple bowl allows you to directly taste the deliciousness of the spicy minced meat, even more than Taiwan Ramen, but the raw egg adds a nice touch to soften the spiciness and enhance the sense of unity with the rice. Mix thoroughly,[Ajisen]Enjoy the spicy and delicious power of this dish.

It's not "Taiwan Ramen" but "Taiwan Rice Bowl" (950 yen). The spicy minced meat, packed with spiciness and flavor, has an outstanding presence even when served on top of rice.

A new bowl will be available as a limited-time menu item until December 31, 2025 (Wednesday)! The "Nichi-Tai Donburi" (950 yen) is a stamina-boosting dish that combines ground natto (Japan) and spicy minced meat (Taiwan) on a bowl.

The thick Chinese sauce, made with plenty of vegetables, pork, and seafood such as shrimp and squid, goes perfectly with the rice! If you order this with their signature dish "Chen Mapo Tofu," it will be a great combination, as it will also reduce the spiciness. Another great thing about this dish is that you can get plenty of vegetables without feeling too guilty.
