"Colorful Vegetable Original Dry Curry" (1,400 yen) from the World Beer Museum

B1F | World Beer Museum | Craft Beer Restaurant

The lunch menu has been revamped, including a hamburger steak with a choice of sauce.[World Beer Museum]This time, we're focusing on the "Colorful Vegetable Original Dry Curry," which can be enjoyed as a healthy salad. It looks like a Caesar salad, and when you put a spoon into the soft-boiled egg, you'll find spicy dry curry and rice underneath. It's not a salad as a side dish, but rather a new and unique dish where you can enjoy dry curry, salad, and dressing all together. It's more filling than it looks.

We offer "tamago kake gohan," a Japanese delicacy made with carefully selected rice and eggs.[Sissei YATA]The next step is "Oyakodon." In addition to using "Okazaki Ohan" eggs from the local Okazaki area, the restaurant is particularly passionate about its rice, and currently uses rice from Fukushima Prefecture. "Even if you eat it just with white rice, it's full of flavor," says a staff member. It's no surprise that the restaurant has chosen "Oyakodon" as it offers such delicious rice and eggs. It is served as a set meal with pork miso soup and pickles.

Salt Water by David Myers' "Spicy Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing" (1,540 yen)

1F|Salt Water by David Myers|California Kitchen

The lunch menu has been revamped and a salad lunch has been added.[Salt Water by David Myers]The chicken breast is cooked at low temperature until moist and seasoned with homemade spices. It looks healthy, but it's also packed with vegetables and very filling. The dressing, with the gentle sweetness of honey and the tartness of mustard, goes perfectly with the spicy chicken. Another salad lunch option that caught my eye was the "California-style Shrimp Salad with Cocktail Mayonnaise Sauce" (1,540 yen).
