Candy specialty store Papabubble has launched a new experience menu. On weekends and holidays only, you can now experience cutting their signature art candy! On the cut side, you can see a variety of artistic designs created by the skilled techniques of candy artisans. The experience of quickly cutting them is full of exciting fun. Don't miss this rare experience that can only be had at Papabubble.

Try out "Candy Cut" and you'll see it's surprisingly difficult!

Using a spatula, quickly cut a single piece of candy, about 30cm long.[Papabubble]The signature product of the shop, Art Candy (assembled candy), goes through this cutting process to become a product. The candy cutting experience is only available on weekends and holidays, and anyone can try it. It looks easy! Or so you think? The staff will carefully teach you the trick to cutting neatly, but once you try it, you'll understand. It's surprisingly difficult! However, the candy can be cut without much force, so the more you cut, the more fun it becomes. Moreover, the process is simple and straightforward, so even children should be able to try it. Each person can cut up to three candies (by the way, the candy in the photo has the words "Honno Kimochi" written on it). Unfortunately, you cannot take the cut candies home, but you can choose one candy (one bag) of your choice from the candy bags sold in the store as a souvenir (excluding some limited edition products).

Wearing a special apron and beret, you'll feel like a Papabubble staff member. Before you start, the staff will give you detailed instructions. You'll be amazed at how quickly and neatly the staff cut your hair!

When you actually try it, you'll find it surprisingly difficult. The key is to fix the candy at an angle to the base. Do it at a good pace, as if you are "lightly touching" the iron to the candy. You can try up to three pieces.
